用料:

3cups(710ml)草莓切片(约1磅整个浆果),去尾,切片
3 cups (710ml) strawberry slices (about 1 pound whole berry), tail off, slice
2/3cups(160ml)蔗糖
2 / 3 cups (160ml) sucrose
2tbsp(30ml)青柠汁(可以用刚才去皮的青柠榨汁)
2tbsp (30ml) lime juice
1cup(240ml)全脂牛奶酸奶
1cup (240ml) whole milk yoghurt
1tbsp(15ml)香草精(可以不加,加入香草精可以使做成的冻酸奶纹理更清晰)
1tbsp (15ml) vanilla extract (can not be added, adding vanilla extract can make the texture of frozen yogurt clearer)
1个青柠,削皮,留青柠皮备用

做法:
Method:
1.在一个中号碗中,倒入切片草莓、糖、青柠皮、青柠汁、和海盐。搅拌均匀,盖上盖腌制约一小时,让草莓腌制入味,中间偶尔搅拌。
